Groom converted existing commercial space to build the high-end Pinkberry brand yogurt shops.

Groom has completed the construction of 12 Pinkberry stores, including the following:

1,196 sq.ft store in Hingham, Massachusetts, completed August 2011

1,083 sq.ft store on Newbury Street, in Boston, Massachusetts, completed October 2011.

2,300 sq.ft store in Beverly, Massachusetts, completed May, 2012.
