This project included demolition of the existing stucco structure and new construction of a 30,000 SF clubhouse.
The new shingle-style, copper-trimmed building contains a large function room, 4 dining rooms, a large commercial kitchen, lounge, library, locker rooms with spa, sauna, steam shower, bars, fitness room, pro shop, and administrative offices.
